Jesus: The Son of Man

Psalm 24:1

The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world,

and they that dwell therein. KJV

I'm sharing something the LORD said to me during the month of December when my thoughts often went to the meaning of Jesus being born into the world with the angel and a multitude of heavenly hosts declaring:
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. Luke 2:14
Over time I grew to better understand  Him often referring to Himself as "the son of man" because God had given authority to mankind when He created them in the Garden in His own image and likeness.  Only a man could restore what  man had forfeited to satan. This is a little background to what He said to me which is very significant for such a time as this when He's actively bringing all things into one In Him. (see Ehesians 1:7-10)

Without further ado, I'll now share the simple, but profound word He spoke to me in my spirit.

I came as the son of man so you could become the sons of God.
I can only imagine the preparation we as His children must go through to  come into  that place where we, who want to go with Him, will be released in the earth as the sons of God all creation is waiting to see.  But I do know this, He is well able to do it individually, collectively and nationally as we give Him more and more room to change us from glory to glory in His likeness!

He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?
