While watching Dutch Sheets', Give Him 15, Seek the Treasure video concerning a greater depth of revelation and understanding he discovered in Jeremiah 33:3, I began to understand more clearly something the Holy Spirit had spoken to me many years before.
Here's what He said to me one day as I was walking on the sidewalk by McMurry College, {now McMurry University} very near the intersection at South 14th Street and Sayles Boulevard, in Abilene, Texas, when out of the blue, Holy Spirit began to talk to me. He said,
"There will come a time when men will be travelling to-and-fro, and coming together and the available knowledge will greatly increase...but I will not be outdone."
But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Daniel 12:14 KJV
The important part of the verse in this season we find ourselves in is what He added when He said to me, "I will not be outdone." Dutch Sheets' video, which I had just listened to, concerning deeper revelations which God has hidden and protected was, also, confirmation to me, that we have entered into a new season in which God will be revealing Himself more and more. And one major way will be through deeper understanding and revelation of His Word that we haven't seen or understood, before.
I normally wouldn't give such a detailed location as to where I was when the Holy Spirit spoke to me, but it seemed important to add more details this time. Now, as I'm beginning to write this, I've begun to understand that the location was a prophetic representation of the meaning of what He shared with me that day. The college obviously represented knowledge being gained, while the intersection represented the people's ability to travel "to and fro" from any direction since 14th Street runs east and west and Sayles Boulevard runs north and south.
It was in the early 1980's and Abilene's size- barely 98,000- at the time didn't seem significant. However, I discovered recently that one of the largest A.I. facilities in the world has been built there where knowledge will be increasing exponentially with great speed because of the joining of the minds of brilliant men coming together with one purpose: to be the ones at the top in the field of AI technology. The size of the city, small or great appears irrelevant, but the intent and the results of the gatherings are key. All that has taken place in Abilene, Texas, verifies it being a prophetic picture of end-time events according to where I was when God spoke to me. What He said was for a specific time, not a specific place. Abilene was a pr0totype for what is taking place around the world. But now, what the Spirit spoke has reached it's fullness of time, just like a baby growing in it's mother's womb until the birth day finally arrives....but do remember, it still has to continue to grow and develop even as it did before its birth.
Though much can be attained for the *good of humanity because of brilliant men gathering together for one goal and purpose, the *converse is also true, which brings me to the purpose for this particular blog post. My desire is to publish abroad, to release into the atmosphere by bringing to the forefront and openly declaring what God Himself said to me about what He has planned to do in this season. "I will not be outdone." He can bless some men's plan's, judge or greatly limit other's, or work independently by showing Himself to be The Creator--it's His call.
Now I'll refer back to my opening statement again, concerning the revelation I received while watching Give Him 15 with Dutch Sheet's teaching on Jeremiah 33:3 which I highly recommend watching. For the purpose of this blog post, The Amplified Classic Edition of Jeremiah 33:3 is what I'm including here since it brought back the memory of the day I first heard what He said.
Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand). Jeremiah 33:3 AMPC
Dutch's teaching on this particular version certainly agrees with what Holy Spirit showed me that day--"great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do [I did] not know. (my emphasis). And I might add, things which I was not expecting, but I did keep them in my heart and trusted Him to bring it forth in prayer and intercession whenever He chose to do so for this purpose; that His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
What I do know now, is that we can trust Him to increase doing what He's already been doing, but on much greater levels in giving greater depths and heights of wisdom, understanding and knowledge of who He is including, signs, wonders and miracles, healings and much more with Truth being key. Our enemy, satan, has been speeding up his efforts to thwart and do harm-- much we can see, and much we can not. But I'm not here to give him any publicity, he get's enough in many ways. I'm leaving him and how he should be judged up to the One who is the Most High and has announced, even to me, that He "will not be outdone" and I know it's true.
In case you may be wondering who am I to say these things? My answer is this: I'm one of His children because I accepted His John 3:16 invitation and no more or no less than any one who has received Jesus, too. If you haven't, His offer to you is still on the table. You can choose to invite Him into your life right now. It will prove to be the best decision you've ever made. Just ask Him to come into your heart and show Himself to you in ways you can understand. He will come. He has much to show you, especially how much God loves you and He will gladly lead you into all He created you to be...and you'll discover, it's very good.
